
As the founder of Rincon Valley Yoga (RVY), Gloria’s teaching is rooted in over 20 years of dedicated practice and a deep, personal understanding of how yoga provides the foundation for a balanced life.
While navigating an extremely stressful career, Gloria relies on her practice to maintain clarity and resilience. While she initially returned to her mat for physical recovery, she quickly discovered that yoga is her most powerful tool for regulating the nervous system amidst high-pressure demands. By integrating these practices into her daily life, she is able to stay present and effective in a challenging professional environment, fueled by a commitment to mindful wellness and internal balance.
Gloria is a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) serving the Vail and Tucson, AZ community. Understanding the toll of chronic stress firsthand, she offers a high level of anatomical and spiritual expertise specifically designed to help others navigate the modern "hustle" through intentional nervous system regulation.
